Introducing INOVEM Inclusionware often stimulates new ways of working and consulting with both internal and external stakeholders. Because we?ve removed the need for mandatory consultancy, many of our clients have been able to develop their own innovative ways to use our software.

Even though our systems are amazingly easy to use, we've also gained a very strong reputation for fast, responsive and friendly customer service.We provide support to our customers enabling them to find answers 24 x 7.
Telephone support
We are happy to take direct calls during office hours from named individuals, to talk through issues or provide help and advice, at no extra cost as part of our standard support agreement.
Personalised online support group
Each client is provided with their own online support community to log and track issues and questions and receive responses from our expert support team, including our chief software developers.
System alerts
Our hosted service is designed to alert our software engineers operations team as soon as a potential problem occurs, such as someone trying to abuse a client installation. This often helps us to address and resolve issues even before our clients are aware of them.
ACCESS TO USERS' SHARED EXPERIENCE
ClientZone
Available 24 x 7 via our website, ClientZone provides easy access to a wide variety of information and data stored in our support knowledgebase, and to peer group experience.
Online user communities
Set up to enable our users to communicate directly with each other, these groups are often used to discuss product enhancements, provide snippets of advice and offer best practice guidance.
TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY
To ensure your project is up and running quickly and you benefit from our accumulated experience, we offer the following implementation services as part of a standard start-up package:
Product training
We provide up front training to make sure your key people understand through practical experience, how best to use our products. To minimise disruption and cost these training sessions are normally carried out on your premises. We're happy to arrange refresher training or new joiners' training at any time ? though our customers mostly tend to train each other.
Project consultancy
We get most of our clients underway with only a small amount of project-specific consultancy ? normally helping to set up your first online groups or consultations. Our approach is to help you to help yourself. But we're available to provide cost-effective consultancy should you need expert advice or an extra pair of hands at any time.
System administration support
Our software has been designed to be easy to configure to help site administrators and managers regulate and apply their site policies and defaults. During implementation we work with you to review, identify and implement these defaults based on your specific needs. As an option, we can also train staff to administer the site ? or we can look after it for you.
Project audit
After 3 to 6 months we offer an optional service to review your implementation, which provides a great opportunity for us to answer questions and provide suggestions to help you improve productivity and take-up.
